Death Company and attached leaders.

I’m thinking about adding Death Company to my order of battle and I’m fully aware that they don’t earn experience. Attached leaders however is where it gets tricky.

So let’s say I add Death Company on foot with a chaplain. If the unit including the chaplain achieve the conditions for an agenda, would the associated XP go to the leader, or would it just disappear into the æther?

The wording just says ”DEATH COMPANY units from your Crusade force cannot gain XP, and they cannot gain ranks or Battle Honours”
